Without question, Clauburg and Associates has been the best experience I have had with an Automotive Consulting and Automotive Recruiting company. I’ve been a big fan of their recruiting service for years, but when I brought them in to consult my sales department, my only regret was that I waited all these years. Amazing performance. The following are the highlights of my experience:

1. First and foremost, they are a pleasure to work with. Very professional, knowledgeable and talented. They implemented the needed changes with the full enthusiastic support of my sales and management team. They made selling cars fun, exciting and, most importantly, profitable. Not only the dealership, but every employee makes more money now.
2. They listened to the individual concerns I had about my sales department and formulated a game-plan that catered to not only our business model but the sales staff in place as well as the customer base that has patronized this dealership for 25 years. Processes were implemented that were non confrontational and made it a pleasure as well as easy for a customer to buy a vehicle. At the same time taught my management team creative strategies to close deals. Both our closing ratio and grosses increased. I’m convinced that it is the only way to sell cars.
3. With no financial benefit to them, they took on a very difficult situation with our used car department and made it a highly profitable department. The processes they implemented have removed any over aged problems, increased volume/gross dramatically and have us on a solid 45 to 60 day turn.
4. They track results and used this data to better manage salespeople, managers and all advertising and marketing efforts. They have reduced my wasted expenses dramatically and have given my sales team a true understanding of what it takes to be successful in this business. For me, this transparency has greatly enhanced my ability to understand as well manage the sales department thus helping me to bring forth the business motto I believe in for all departments.
5. Compared to other consultants who charge ridiculous amounts of money for inferior consulting, there is no comparison. Clauburg is so confident in their abilities, most of their fees are based on a percentage of profit enhancement. Comparing the before and after, we made much more profit even after paying them. I wish all Dealer Service companies charged the same way.
